In 1.5 years of service, we have had multiple sensors go bad, and the company has refused to replace them. One bad sensor (the front door) even caused the alarm to engage when no one was home.

The monitoring company called me, and I let them know this was a real alarm b/c no one was home. They actually didn't even call the police! I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. I have used other alarm companies for 15 years prior to this and have never experienced these problems.

My advice: pay the extra $10 a month for ADT or another alarm company. Frontpoint is the definition of terrible.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: I want out of my contract..
