This company SUCKS! They are blood sucking parasites.

I tried to cancel my service because I lost my job and needed to cut down on my expenses and found out I was bound to a 3 year contract... They literally told me I needed a death certificate to get out of the contract. I'm sure it's in the fine print but no one called that to my attention when I signed up over the phone. Now I get angry every month when these cockroaches take $45 from my bank account every month for the next 2 years!

Frontpoint sucks! I don't need 100 words to describe this *** lowlife parasitic filthy disease ridden excuse of a company that sucks its customers/ victims dry.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I also called to find out if I can do an early termination, they said sure! 700+ dollars to cancel at an 80% rate.

That is just to cancel a service contract. I own the 5 year old equipment.

I am stuck paying for a service I canโ€™t afford due to my wife having been furloughed last year, she is back to work but havenโ€™t been able to catch up. Iโ€™m very dissatisfied with their donโ€™t give a crap response.
